This trigger kit for the all models of Echelon 4.5F and 4.0C features our Hybrid Trigger Shoe which combines a flat faced trigger with a small, curved surface at the tip of the trigger. Our unique design offers the benefit of a flat faced trigger and the curved section at the bottom helps position your finger consistently on the trigger. The trigger and trigger safety are precision CNC machined out of 6061 Aluminum and anodized. Other parts included are a striker spring, striker safety spring, sear spring, safety sear spring and trigger spring.
The combination of parts reduces trigger take up by about 60%, total trigger travel by about 46%, and reset by around 20%. The trigger pull weight is also reduced to about 3.5 lbs.

Absolute Game Changer!
This trigger kit along with the sear produces a light, crisp trigger pull. Greatly reduces trigger pre-travel and reset. The installation video provided by PRP was a life saver when it came to reassembling the sear/hammer assemblies with the springs. If you want your gun to shoot Lights-Out, this is the kit for you.

PRP® Trigger Kit for Springfield® Echelon™
Finished trigger kit Sat morning, took 4 hrs, instruction video was only 17 minutes including pre and post installation testing. Guess I am not as adept as the demonstration. Toughest parts? Making sure I had the right parts in the right order and facing the right way before putting pin in. Exploded view of that section of the safeties would have helped. Also, any better way to hold the firing pin spring compress while installing the half cups? My fingers were pretty raw by the time I finished. Pleased with finished product, 3 to 3.5 lb trigger pull: short take-up, short pull, short reset. About half of original in all respects. Ready to range test now.

Trigger kit for echelon
I have PRP trigger kits in all 3 of my XDm’s and they all have worked flawlessly in competition. So it was the obvious choice when I purchased the Echelon and once again I was not disappointed. PRP delivers an excellent product at a fair price !

Upgraded triggers
This was my second order for the upgraded triggers. My first one has been the best upgrade for my echelon by far. It was so good, my husband wanted me to replace his. Now I have them in all 3 of my echelon pistols. My only issue was the small pin that attaches the trigger to the metal bar took a lot of pressure to get into place.

PRP Echelon Trigger Kit
Install was more difficult that other brands trigger kits in similar firearms. Video was helpful but lacked key install instructions. I would have liked some additional details or photos to aid in installation. Overall trigger operates fine.

PRP® Trigger Kit for Springfield® Echelon
Pro's, Reduced trigger pull weight, length of pull and reset along with an ease of installation. Also the feel of the flat trigger shoe is very good. I appreciate the trigger safety having a separate pin. The only Con is the trigger bar/return spring is to weak. I struggled to "find" the reset so I re-installed to original spring which for my taste is pretty close to perfect. Overall I would recommend this kit.
