Slide milling for red dot optic mounting plate. Available on all XD models 3", 4", 5" and the 3.8"/4.5" XDM/XDM Elite models only. Includes one mounting plate and one coverplate with 3 screws for mounting the plate to the slide. Mounting plates and coverplates are compatible with factory OSP slides. Price includes refinishing the slide. Not available for XDM 5.25" models.
Many sights share the same mounting footprint. Optic mounting screws are NOT included as they vary by make and model. Below is a quick reference guide to our mounting plates and the footprints they fit.
- Plate #1 for XD/XDM (Vortex, Burris FastFire, HEX Dragonfly) threaded 6-48
- Plate #2 for XD/XDM (Leupold DeltaPoint, JPoint, Shield, HEX Wasp) threaded 4mm x .7mm
- Plate #3 for XD/XDM (Trijicon RMR & SRO, Holosun HS507C/407C & HS508T, Kingslayer Swampfox) threaded 6-32
- Plate #4 for XD/XDm (Holosun 507K/407K & EPS models) threaded 6-32
- Plate #5 for XD/XDM Holosun 509T only
- Plate Aimpoint Acro P-1 & P-2 & Steiner MPS

XD Slide Milling
Quality of the work is excellent. One of the holes was not quite deep enough for the screws that came with my optic, but with there being 3 companies involved, plus PRP doing third party custom work, I'm not surprised - just be ready for it!

Definitely a 5 STAR experience the communication was great, turn around was shorter than advertised and the other parts I purchased will transform my already great XDM. Slide Mill for an optics mount
PRP did an excellent job with my slide mill. I had the #4 installed for my Holosun. Beautiful work, and when I wanted to replace my holosun, they were able to quickly and easily explain what needed to be done with the out of the box HS screw length being a bit too long. They were able to help me get my XD going and now I have a slick optics and sights.

AD-XDM Slide Milling
Great communications regarding questions and every step of the process. Milling was excellent on 3 XDM pistols for Acro Aimpoint optics. The plates, hardware and irons sights mounting was excellent. Highly recommended.

XD slides mill for RDS
XD45 Tactical, XD45 Compact, XD Mod.2 compact 9mm: Slides milled for RDS. Vortex Defender CCW and ST. They did an excellent job. Maintained the rear sight, maintained the loaded chamber indicator. High quality work! Double check the tork of the mounting screws and add a dab of blue loctite. Happy with the process and outcome! Solid company and great customer service.

Excellent craftsmanship and fast turn around
The milling work on my XDM-Elite is amazing and looks like it came from the factory ready for my red dot. It took just about two weeks from when I mailed the slide to when the slide was back in my hands. Great communication as well.
