This PRP® Trigger Kit for the XD-S fits all original models & calibers. It is our best kit and includes our spring kit as well as our, sear, disconnector, & striker safety that help to smooth and lighten the trigger pull.
The sear is CNC machined out of 440C stainless steel bar stock and heat treated to 53-56 RC. The striker safety is CNC machined from 146 stainless steel that is properly heat treated. This kit helps to lighten the trigger pull weight to about 5 lbs and smooth out the trigger pull.
Not compatible with XD-S Mod.2.

Trigger kit
Originally pistols trigger was 6lbs 7.3oz I did a complete polish job to 5lbs 12.02 oz after 500 rounds it was 5lbs 5.03 oz. Installed PRP complete trigger kit and it pulled 4lbs 11.4 oz. I installed factory striker spring and it pulled 4lbs 14.4 oz (average of 10 trigger pulls on each test). Pleased with the results, no creep with a semi crisp break (a little spongy but it is a striker fired pistol. So far so good.

Perfect CCW Trigger
I've been carrying my (Gen 1) XDs 9mm with this PRP trigger kit for several years. I forget what the original trigger weight was but it was long and a little gritty. This kit turned my XDs into a clean and crisp 5.25 lb trigger, perfect for a CCW. My XDs, despite it's low capacity by today's standards, remains part of my rotation because it is such a smooth shooter.
